PERMA BLEND BROW PIGMENT

OLIVE GREEN 1/2 OZ.

Shading solution lessens or dilutes the pigment load, to provide a less intense wash of colour for shading purposes.

Olive Green is a cool green pigment.  Can be used to correct red/orange eyebrows, or used to cool other colors.  Do not oversaturate, dilute if necessary to prevent oversaturation/too much coverage. It contains titanium dioxide and will provide more coverage. Layer to achieve desired result.
