Shipping, Refunds & Returns

First, if you are considering a return or refund, it means that you ordered something from us, which means we owe you a “Thank You!”  Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Electrum customers, and as such, we promise to deliver amazing products and customer service, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way.  That said, here are some things you might want to know…

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds

You may request a refund for your order PRIOR to it shipping for whatever reason. Please note that refunds may be subjected to fees that are collected by credit card processing companies, i.e PayPal or others. These fees are non-reversible and will be deducted from the refunded amount as they are not refunded to us as a merchant. This applies to chargebacks or canceled orders due to suspected fraud as well.

Shipping

Electrum Supply has a three (3) business day processing guarantee!  Most orders ship same day if placed before 2pm EST.

USPS Priority mail is 2-5 business days for delivery.  Electrum Supply has no control over how long it takes the Post Office to deliver.  For assured delivery dates, please choose either FEDEX or UPS.
